What We Expect
A Study Group Host should:
- Commit to studying TE Fundamentals and hosting weekly study group sessions for a minimum of 3 months.
- Weekly time investment: minimum of 3 hours to study TE Fundamentals and 1 hour to prepare for sessions.
- Agenda & Goals of study group sessions: Share your own learning journey with other students. You are not expected to take on a teacher role. You have full freedom to plan your sessions, including content, time, interactive tools, and quizzes. You are welcome to be creative! Here are some great examples: (links to existing study groups)
- Accessible for all TE Academy students: As a study group host, you should be generally open to all students interested in joining you in learning, regardless of their background or gender. You are welcome to formulate a particular area of interest or language in your study group description (add link to example).
What You'll Receive
Build your token engineering network: meet students, gain visibility, and make connections.
Get support via trainings prior to your first session, and infrastructure for hosting sessions (Discord channel and bots, etc.).
Benefit from other students' perspectives and knowledge in the study group sessions.
